FINAL REMINDER TO REGISTER FOR 2021 WI PERE TRUST ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

This is just a final reminder to all Wi Pere Trust shareholders who wish to register to attend either in person or virtually via Zoom connection to this year’s Annual General Meeting.

 

Just a few points to note:

 

• Due to COVID-19 restrictions on gathering sizes, this meeting will be limited to the first 80 shareholders who register with BDO Gisborne. The option to connect via Zoom is also available.

 

• We ask that everyone who wants to attend the AGM either in person or virtually, register with BDO Gisborne in the first instance. Should we have to go fully virtual, then we will contact those who have registered.

 

• Questions will be taken from the floor or via the Chat function in Zoom.

 

• A copy of the Recommendations Voting Paper and Instructionss was enclosed in the recent Annual Accounts mailout. Kindly note that your fully comppleted and signed documentation will need to be with Graham and Dobson Limited (393 Gladstone Road, Gisborne or via email audit@grahamdobson.co.nz) by 10.00am on Monday 22 November 2021.
